We are breeding according to the CKC Breed Standard with our adult sizes averaging four to six pounds. Sometimes a smaller pup is born and once in a while a larger one is born. Sometimes we also have available a young adult grown out for further evaluation who is not going to be shown after all, or a finished champion that has been retired. All of these make wonderful family pets that adjust quickly to a new “pack leader”. With the popularity of the Yorkie being the #1 toy dog for the past few years now, many times we are meeting with potential new parents ahead of puppies being available.

We are looking to place our furkids in the BEST “forever” homes so there is a process of approval. If you are interested in meeting with us, our dogs, and to talk about a puppy for you, feel free to fill out our Buyer's Questionnaire. Once I have that, I will call you to setup a convenient time for a casual, no obligation visit to our home. After your visit, if it's a mutual decision that you adopt one of our furbabies, a $400.00 non-refundable deposit "reserves" the next available pup for you. A limited number of deposits is accepted based on the pups we have or are expecting soon so that no one waits too long; keeping in mind that we are also picking pups to keep for showing.

Pups go home no younger than 12 weeks of age for proper development purposes. Please note we will not ship our puppies but we will sell them to those that will make the trip to meet us and to bring their pup home. Alternately, we can redirect you
to other show breeders in your area.

Your pup comes with CKC registration, two-year written health guarantee, a minimum of first set of shots, vet health check and record, microchipped, our extensive booklet on how to care for your pup, and our unique Puppy Gift Pack. Depending on age, your pup may come with six weeks of complementary health insurance. As well, we offer lifelong FRIENDLY and educated support. All pups are sold on CKC non-breeding contracts to keep the integrity of the breed protected for future generations.

We do offer boarding in our home for our own pups only, on a first come-first serve basis
as well as grooming services.
