Lollipop and BJ
Welcome to the world of yorkies! My name is Sandi and I have
two yorkies; one is my boy Beej and the other is Lolli a foster of Cathy’s. Beej
was 2 in September and one of the best things that has happened to me. I have
been going to shows and have met many breeders. (There are many not reputable
ones out there, I speak from experience) When I met Cathy it was at one of the
shows. There are many things that helped me choose her as the breeder of my
future fur baby. Her love of the breed, her knowledge of them and how much she
cares as to if you get the right pup and that the pup gets the right home. She
is not just a breeder looking for a sale. Her way of getting to know potential
owners and helping people get to know the breed is one of the things that made
me want to know more about her dogs. I find her very open & honest, with a great
love of her dogs. Her heart is in each & every one of her yorkies.
As far as yorkies go they are a big dog in a little body, full of love! They are
feisty, full of love & a great guard dog. These two are such a joy to have
around. The companionship is great. Sometimes I just sit & watch them interact
with each other. It can be anything from cuddles, washing, playing to having me
in stitches watching them play tag or whatever the game of the moment is.
Until October I only had Beej & having the one was absolutely a heart filling
experience. The main reason I got another is I now have more room and most of
all it’s because I at this time of year I work very long hours and it’s good for
Beej to have the added company. Lolli is a real sweetheart she is just a few
month younger than Beej. It took a bit for her to settle in but now she is the
household Diva. Even though they have only been together 2 months if you met
them you would think they had been together all their lives. Cathy’s way of
handling, socializing and caring for them makes them very good pets.
I guess in all my rambling, what I’m saying is if you want a good breeder or are
looking for information on the breed Cathy is a very good person to get to know.
Yorkies are a great breed and I would recommend them to anyone who’s looking for
a little heart to love. I hope this is helpful. What I have written here is just
my opinion of a breeder who helped me make a wonderful choice.
